About First Impression Home Staging
Founded in 2019, Sherrie Medeiros launched her company from a passion for design and desire to help others–particularly during a time that can be stressful for people. She loves to see the transformations that can be created during a project, and especially the results that she and her team are able to create: together they were instrumental in the success of over $10 million in real estate sales, just in the first year. In the second year they assisted in the sale of over $50 mil in home sales!
I love to see the enjoyment it brings clients!” says Sherrie. “My passion for design, coupled with my desire to help others, is what led me to a career in home staging.”
Sherrie’s fascination with home staging and home improvement projects began years ago when she and her husband renovated their first home. Now, in addition to staging projects, clients and partners frequently ask for Sherrie’s input on their own home decor, leading her to incorporate these services selectively, along with holiday decorating, into their service array.
In late 2021, the company announced it had expanded by acquiring the vacant home staging division of long-time Raleigh home staging company, The WOW Factor. [Tap to view full release].
Today, First Impression Home Staging has several team members based out of Cary, NC, and their work takes them to most of the towns and cities in and around Wake County.
Meet Sherrie Medeiros
I was born and raised in California where the sun is always shining! My family migrated to Cary, North Carolina in 2014. We love it here! I also enjoy traveling, paper crafting, rescuing dogs, roller coasters and anything chocolate! My philosophy on life is “Keep things simple, but with a subtle pop of WOW!” This is also my approach to home staging.
I am an active member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) and hold the RESA Pro Designation that holds me to a higher level of ethics and practices. I am a past board member of our local RESA chapter where we collaborate to increase the value of our services and build relationships between stagers to help educate and assist one another when needed. I am currently serving on the board of our local RESA chapter. My Certified Training along with my experience allows me to offer my talents to you when you choose to sell your home.
